I was particularly taken by the friendly hospitality of the staff, who went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally left behind a valuable item-they quickly located and returned it to me, demonstrating their dedication to guest satisfaction. Coupled with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, this hotel truly offers an unforgettable experience for any traveler.
